At Swarovski, we want you to be delighted with your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please note that personalized items and pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original Swarovski packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags and certificates are included.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
